Description
The Anna Maria Island Community Center, Inc. a qualified 501 (C)3, was established in 1960 as a private nonprofit corporation on the site of the islands first two room school.
Since 1960 the Center works to meet the needs of our communities, specifically at risk teens, families and the elderly on limited fixed incomes.
Serving more than 4000 individuals annually, the Community Center provides: educational, cultural, recreational, family therapy programs for youth (especially for those deemed to be risk) and adults and is the only organization meeting these needs serving the population of Anna Maria Island, Perico and the Cortez.
