ARF is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization in existence since 1999 helping animals in need. ARF is operated by volunteers and is located at 127 NE Washington Blvd. The adoption facility houses rescued cats and kittens. Rescued dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. ARF exists solely from individual donations and does not receive monetary assistance from the city, county or state. ARF does not euthanize rescues and believes the spay or neuter of pets is the only solution to pet overpopulation.
