Animal Rescue Carolina, Inc. (ARC) is a no-kill, non-profit organization whose mission is four-fold: 1) to promote spay-neuter, 2) to restore stray animals to good medical health, before adopting them into permanent, loving homes, 3) to encourage Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) and, 4) to educate pet owners about their responsibilities as guardians for their companion animals.
