Description
Animal Friends for Education and Welfare (A.F.E.W.) is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that promotes adoption and proper placement of homeless and domestic animals through careful screening. It supports humane animal control by spaying and neutering cats and dogs and encourages others to do so.
A.F.E.W. raises public awareness of animal issues through advertising and education. Its members work toward the passage of legislation supporting animal welfare. We promote public education to foster respect, understanding, and compassion for all creatures.
