Description

The mission of AHF is simple, "Improve the quality of life for individuals living with rare diseases." In 2001, AHF supported Utah families with three rare diseases. Currently, AHF provides support and assistance to Utah families living about 30 different rare conditions and several undiagnosed conditions. AHF also provided financial support to Shriner's Hospital and Primary Children's Hospital.
