Angels is a private foster family agency that recruits foster families, trains them, and partners with them to care for the abused and neglected infants and toddlers in the foster care system in Oklahoma City. Our mission is to provide long term, loving homes for these children to ensure the maximum emotional, social and intellectual development of each child.
