Description

There is a time when someone needs an "angel" to come into his or her life to change things and make them better. ANGELCARE offers Americans opportunities to be such angels.

We work among the homeless and needy in the U.S. through a variety of programs. In 2006 we began working with victims of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans with our volunteer teams. These self-suppoorting teams came through our Angels On A Mission program. In 2007, teams will return to New Orleans and in one of our elementary schools in Guatemala.

We operate and support preschools and elementary schools and medical clinics in developing Thrid World countries..

We offer Americans opportunities to develop a personal, long-team relationship children enrolled in our schools by becoming a sponsor and mentor through our child sponsorship program.

We provide disaster-relief medicines, medical supplies, food, .and clothing to the people in areas struck by natural disasters such as Hurricane Katrina.
