Angel Flight East provides free air transportation to people of all ages whose medical needs – evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment – can only be met by health care facilities far from their hometowns. We help children, teens, and adults who experience potentially life-threatening illnesses. We are ready to help you, your family, your neighbors, and your co-workers.
