ANDORC is first and foremost a humanitarian organization that supports and educates Americans to travel to Russia to provide direct care and assistance in orphanages.

ANDORC is also an organization that promotes volunteerism in Russian orphanages through cultural exchanges between Americans and Russians, thereby helping to strengthen civil society, which is an essential element to building democracy.
