Description
Anchor House serves runaway, homeless and abused children ages birth through 21 and provides shelter, outreach, residential care, and counseling. Our goal is to reunite families whenever possible. When that is not feasible, we help locate positive alternative living arrangement in the community for the children. Anchor House has been serving children and youth throughout New Jersey since 1978, and in that time has helped over 75,000 children find positive solutions to their problems. Anchor House has a strong volunteer base and many opportunities for the community to be involved in the lives of young people.
