Description
AmeriFace and its support programs, including cleftAdvocate and the Pathfinder Outreach Network, support families facing the challenges of living with facial differences, including cleft lip and/or palate and other congenital craniofacial conditions such as Crouzon, Goldenhar, Treacher Collins and Apert syndromes. In addition, we support individuals and families facing the challenges of living with acquired facial differences (trauma, burns, disease).
AmeriFace is the premier support organization for persons with facial differences, offering one-to-one support, an annual national conference, comprehensive websites and a national outreach program. Its leaders and program are recognized nationally.
