Description
The American Youth Literacy Foundation (Youth Lit) is a 501 (c) (3) charitable non-profit dedicated to helping children learn how to read. Youth Lit trains high school students to become qualified reading tutors and then partners with community outreach programs such as YMCA's and public libraries to provide free, one-on-one tutoring to underprivileged and under-served children who need extra help with reading.
