The Red Cross empowers people in America to perform extraordinary acts in the face of emergency situations. Our mission is to provide relief to victims of disaster, and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. We also provide emergency messaging and assistance to military families, and lifesaving and caregiving training. The El Paso Area includes El Paso, Culberson and Hudspeth counties in Texas.
