Description
American greyhound is a 501c3 not for profit organization. We have been in service since October of 2002. Our hounds come from greyhound racetracks as close as Wisconsin and as far away as Texas or Alabama . We put many of our new friends in foster care so that when they are adopted they have had a chance to adapt to a home atmosphere.
The primary objectives and purpose of this organization shall be to find responsible loving homes for greyhounds which fail to qualify (or no longer qualify) for the racetrack and to acquaint the public with the desirability of greyhounds as pets.
