Description

Based in Austin, American Gateways promotes justice for immigrants by providing free and low cost legal services and education in Central and South Texas.

In 2009, American Gateways provided legal services to more than 4,500 immigrants, and educational programs, including legal presentations to immigrants detained in Hutto and Pearsall facilities, to more than 6,000 people.
