Description
The ACLU Foundation of Texas works in the courts, schools, and communities to defend, advance and enforce individual rights and liberties guaranteed to all people protected by the U.S. Constitution and laws of the United States and the states and entities therein.
We litigate and advocate for residents of Texas, including all ages, races, genders, socio-economic backgrounds, sexual orientations, physical and mental capacities. We particularly seek to advocate for and defend those whose rights are the most vulnerable.
