Description
The Ama Foundation provides a loving home and education to the most underprivileged and destitute children of Nepal.
Our home, which currently houses 50 children, is located in the Godavari Valley just outside Kathmandu. The home was planned with sustainability and economy in mind, as it runs on solar power and has a green waste water system. Our children all are educated in English speaking schools, and we support them through the highest level of education that they can achieve.
Our goal is to help these children, who come from the most difficult circumstances, realize their dreams and grow into well-educated, contributing citizens of Nepal.
