Description
Alzheimer's Family Services empowers individuals and families affected by a loved one with dementia to receive the education and emotional support they deserve. AFS serves Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama by providing support groups, public education, counseling, referral service, respite, and transmitters for wandering patients. AFS also conducts free memory screens to help with early detection of dementia.
