Description

The Alzheimer's Association Southwest Missouri Chapter serves 29 counties in southwest Missouri. Within these counties it is estimated there are more than 23,000 person diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through promotion of brain health.
