Description

The Chapter exists to provide a support system for people affected by Alzheimer’s disease or a memory related disorder through patient & family services, education, advocacy and research. The Chapter provides services throughout 17 Florida counties including Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, DeSoto, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Hillsborough, Glades, Lee, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sumter and Sarasota Counties. Thereis an estimated 187,000 people living awith Alzheiemr's disease within these 17 counties.
