Description

Altered Feral State works in partnership with communities and in collaboration with other organizations to help manage feral cat population by providing free or low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination services for the caregivers of feral cat colonies. This ethical and non-lethal method is known as TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return).
