The 501c(3) Alpha Delta Kappa Foundation supports the mission of The Alpha Delta Kappa Sorority, Incorporated: To promote educational and charitable projects, to sponsor scholarships, to further and maintain superior standards in the field of education, and to cooperate with worthy community programs relating to education and charities; and to promote high standards in education and assist in strengthening the status and advancement of the teaching profession. It collects and distributes funds exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes. It awards over $750,000 in scholarships biennially through scholarships and grants programs, and has provided perpetuating endowments at the University of Missouri - Kansas City Conservatory of Music, the Kansas City Art Institute and Baker University. It has contributed $858,600 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; $150,000 to Pediatric AIDS Foundation; and $230,000 to Susan G. Komen For the Cure.
