VISION STATEMENT
The Alliance for the Status of Missouri Women envisions a day when women benefit from equal access to education, employment, healthcare, fair earnings and reproductive health, are free from discrimination and violence, have access to quality and affordable childcare and are encouraged and supported as civic leaders in their communities.
MISSION STATEMENT
Recognizing the connection between the issues impacting women’s well-being and equality, the Alliance aims to improve the status of Missouri women by bringing together many diverse organizations and individuals to inform public policy makers, educate the public, and advocate for change. In so doing, the Alliance seeks to impact the health, safety, earnings, employment, economic status, and political participation of women.
