Description
A non-profit advocacy organization established in 1986 to address racism and exclusion in theatre, film, and television. Our focus has been to advance diveristy and inclusion in the industry with respect to race, culture, ethnicity and disability. We advocate for the artistic benefits of diversity and seek the increased participation of professionals of color and professionals with disabilities at all levels of creative work and production in theatre, film and television.
