Description
Non-profit U.S. Based Christian Charity that works with orphans and vulnerable children in Zambia, Africa. Operating three crisis nurseries for children ages birth to age 14. One home offers 24 hour nursing care for infants and children to age 2 who have lost their mother due to sickness or have been abandoned. Another home for toddlers and a home for older children. ACE works with the Zambian Social Welfare department to find extended family that can possibly take in and care for the child or in the situation where there is no family, work with Social Welfare to establish a foster situation or an adoption so these children can be in a family. Working with community Churches to establish schools and offer a free education to children who cannot afford to attend government schools.
