Description
A Non-Profit Community Action Agency, HRDC distributes over 3 million dollars in direct benefits to community residents and provides serves to over 7,000 unduplicated individuals annually through its twenty-five programs with affordable housing, housing for the frail elderly, meals and activity centers for seniors, day care programs for disabled adults, work placement programs for hard to employ welfare recipients, assistance with heating and electric costs, weatherization services, pre-school and child care programs, asset building programs and special services for county nursing home residents and incapacitated adults.
