Description
All ‘Bout Children, Inc. is a 501(C)3 non-profit corporation serving young children (birth to 5 years old), their teachers, and parents. Our mission is to work onsite in child care centers to empower teachers and families to create safe and secure relationships through which children reach their social and emotional potential, resulting in resiliency and learning readiness.
ABC started as an all-volunteer program – and continues utilizing interns and volunteer facilitators – making our program extremely cost effective. We use multiple approaches to confront the root causes of early childhood behavioral problems.
-Seminars and training workshops for teachers and mental health professionals.
-Play therapy groups for children who need additional assistance to cope with their problems.
-Parenting workshops and parent-child relationship therapy for selected families.
-On-site programs at child-care centers.
