Description
We are a new Foundation dedicated to:
· provide scholarships to South Florida students who have interest in Safety/Community Services, Health & Fitness, or Law Enforcement
· empower South Florida children and families to live a positive lifestyle through a variety of fund-raising events and activities
· To support the South Florida families with financial donations during times of crisis
Alex Del Rio was a Hollywood Police officer who was killed in the line of duty on November 22, 2008.
The Alex Del Rio Foundation is currently pending approval from the government to become an IRS tax-exempt 501 (C) (3) charity. The Foundation was incorporated on December 23, 2008.
