Description
The APHCD owns and maintains 133 units of affordable housing providing homes to approximately 400 residents. Six of these units of housing provide transitional housing to survivors of domestic violence. The Albany Partnership is dedicated to providing residents onsite support services. The APHCD also provides a Residents Service Program (RSP). The RSP is an active support program that provides residents with various educational opportunities including; financial literacy, job skills development, parenting classes, cooking classes, computer literacy, job skills development, Hispanic literacy, GED and English as a Second Language (ESL) programs.
