Albany Kripalu Yoga Center is the oldest and largest non-profit yoga studio in the capital region. Our mission is to nurture wellness and community through the integration of body, mind and spirit. We do this by offering a comprehensive offering of yoga and wellness classes and workshops. We provide also provide corporate yoga classes. AKYC provides community outreach and scholarship programs.
