Mission: To create an informed public caring for Alaska's natural and cultural heritage The Alaska Natural History Association is a nonprofit partner of Alaska's parks, forests, refuges and other public lands. The Alaska Natural History Association is what's called a cooperating or interpretive association a nonprofit organization dedicated to public land education. Incorporated in 1959, the Association has a long history of connecting people to the Great Land of Alaska.
