Health Services of North Texas is dedicated to improving the quality of life of underserved North Texans though medical care, support services and advocacy. Our services inlcude low cost and sliding fee schedule primary medical care, disease management, comprehensive case management, mental health counseling and support groups, prescription assistance, insurance assistance, housing assistance, nutrition center, and transportation services. Some services have income eligibility guidelines.
