Description

Aiding Romania's Children (ARC) provides resources to pediatric AIDS victims in Bucharest, Romania. ARC's chief program is Calm Care which provides home health care for children who are well enough to remain with their families, but require regular medical care. ARC is proud of its record of using 100% of all public donations for the program. Minimal administrative expenses are covered by private donations.
