Description
Ahimsa Haven is a non-profit animal rescue group consisting of a group of volunteers with one mission in mind… To rescue abandoned, abused or homeless companion animals and find them compatible, loving, forever homes while giving them the best care possible along the way.
We depend almost completely on donations and fund raising events. All of the money we raise goes to the care of the animals and no one gets a salary.
By ensuring that all of these animals are spayed or neutered before leaving our care, we also are making certain that we are not contribution to the ever-growing problem of animal over-population in this country, as well as ensuring that the animals live as long and healthy of a life as possible.
We also provide information, education and other services in our local and surrounding communities.
