Description

After Gateway is a day health program serving adults with severe developmental disabilities in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. We provide personalized care, including medical services, and active involvement in recreational programming, life skills training, and community activities. Our goal is to enrich the quality of life for each of our participants and to provide opportunities for clients to be productive, happy, and empowered so that they live their lives to the fullest.
