Description

AFC Mentoring empowers foster/adopted youth to flourish through committed mentoring relationships. We have three programs: AFCMentors provides one-to-one volunteer adult mentors to foster/adopted youth ages 7-14. Team AFC provides group mentoring to youth from a similar population. AFCInterns provides internships to foster/adopted youth ages 15-21. Our programs ggive consistent positive adult relationships to children who have few or no other ones.
