Description

Advance Housing provides housing opportunities and services to individuals with psychiatric disabilites. In addition, we seek to make similar options and services available to other individuals who are in need of supportive housing. Our array of outreach services are designed to help people live independently and productively in the community. Consumers in all of Advance Housing’s projects have access to all traditional case management services, including transportation to doctor appointments, pre-employment, support counseling and assistance with activities of daily living. Each client has his own lease, which is not contingent upon receiving services. Consumer that live in our housing have their own lease and are guided by principles of Wellness and Recovery.
