Adoption Options is Colorado’s first and oldest, non-religiously affiliated, private, non-profit adoption agency. 2006 marked our 25th anniversary. We have now placed more than 1300 children in safe, loving homes. Through this quarter of a century we have counseled thousands of families facing crisis pregnancies.
Central to Adoption Options’ service to the community is our decision-making counseling program for women (and couples) who are experiencing a crisis pregnancy. Through this program Adoption Options counsels 150-300 birthparent clients a year. Free of charge and free of pressure, our counselors seek to help birthparents navigate their way through a traumatic time in their lives – regardless of their final choice.
As a fundamental support to our birthparent counseling, we provide an Outreach and Education program to the community at large, youth groups, schools, etc., targeting sexual healthy and wise decision-making for adolescents.
