Description
The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, more specifically to:
Establish a charitable organization that supports orphanages overseas.
Provide basic necessities such as food, housing and clothing to children left without parental care.
Assist orphans and Social Welfare organizations around the World in finding families who wish to adopt orphaned children.
Increase public awareness to the needs of disadvantaged children.
Assist adoptive parents in the United States in adopting a child/children in Foreign countries, through educational seminars, paperwork preparation and travel coordination.
Adoption Ark has two goals.
• Finding families for orphans overseas.
• Providing financial assistance to orphanages abroad.
