Adoption & Foster Care Mentoring (AFC Mentoring) builds relationships between adult volunteers and youth who have adoption, foster care, or other out-of-home care experiences. Our goal is to connect youth with mentors who can offer consistent emotional and social support to enable the youth to enable the youth to confidently define and achieve success on their own terms.
