Description

Adopt A Rescue Pet, founded in 2000, is a nonprofit animal welfare organization headquartered in southern Nevada. ARP has rescued and placed over 13,000 animals into new homes. Pets in the program are sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped under the scrutiny of private veterinarians prior to entering the adopting home.

In 2011, ARP finalized the purchase of 5 acres in Amargosa Valley, Nevada to develop a rescue sanctuary and retirement ranch for canines. Public opening of phase 1 is slated for 2012, however the organization must raise $550,000 to cover development and construction costs.
