A non profit Home Health and Hospice Agency serving residents in Addison County Vermont for over 40 years. ACHHH provides a broad range of services including;skilled nursing care;home health and personal care aides;homemakers; medical and hospice social workers.
The Child Health program provides services for women who are pregnant, newborns and young infants and childre who have acute or chronic health care problems.
The Hospice program enables a family to care for a loved one at home. The goal of Hospice is to maintain comfort and quality of life.
