ADAS is the Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board of Lorain County. ADAS oversees the county's substance abuse treatment and prevention programs particularly for those without ability to pay. ADAS is also the fiscal agent for Communities That Care of Lorain County and the Sober Truth on Preventing Underage Drinking project of Lorain County
