Description

Acercamiento Hispano de Carolina del Sur (AHCS), also known in English as South Carolina Hispanic Outreach (SCHO) is 501(c) 3 non-profit organization whose mission is to preserve the dignity, promote the well being and improve the quality of life of the Hispanic/Latino communities of South Carolina. AHCS is governed by a Board of Directors that oversees its fiduciary responsibilities. The major programs that Acercamiento Hispano currently manages are:
ContraSIDA (Against AIDS) Program
Connecting People to Jobs (CPTJ) Program (Enlace Laboral)
Healthy people - Educational program about health
Communities outreach and referrals
