Description

The corporation has been formed in the memory of Michael Lucian LiCalzi who served as a 1st LT in the United States Marine Corps and died in Iraq on May 11, 2006. In furtherance of these purposes, the corporation shall raise, receive, administer, and disburse money and property for tax-exempt charitable, scientific and educational purposes set forth in the IRC.
