Abuse and Rape Crisis Center - Bradford County

The Abuse and Rape Crisis Center (ARCC) originally began as the Towanda Area Women's Center in 1979. The name changed to the Abuse and Rape Crisis Center in 1987 to reflect that the center served victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, whether female, male or child, throughout Bradford County. The mission statement is simplistic and direct: ARCC exists to end interpersonal violence. The vision of the center is to ensure the safe, healthy, productive lives for all who reside in Bradford County, PA.
