Description
Above and Beyond English Setter Rescue rescues English Setters and English Setter mixes all over the USA. The dogs most in danger of being euthanized get moved to the top of the list to come into the program. Many of these dogs are in terrible shape when we accept them. Every English Setter is fully vetted and spayed and neutered before placement. The dogs go into foster homes where they are evaluated a minimum of 2 weeks before they hit our website. Potential adopters fill out an application and after review by our applications team an initial call is made. If this goes well, references are checked and a home visit is done. Once approved an adopter is welcome to speak for a dog in our program. We stand behind every one of our dogs. We attend many events throughout the year to raise funds and for public awareness about the breed.
