ABCD provides free, personalized information and one-to-one support to people who are affected by breast cancer - patients, families & friends. While science searches for a cure, ABCD complements the work of health care providers by serving as a reliable, accessible and highly personalized resource for breast cancer patients and their loved ones.
Primary service is "mentoring" where trained volunteers who have experienced a breast cancer journey are paired with those now doing so. Matches are made based on similar clinical diagnosis and life circumstances.
