A Rare View is an unique 501(C)3 educational and crime prevention consultancy that specializes in developing programs that help break the cycle of academic failure and crime among at-risk youth and juvenile offenders.
Our mission is to provide academic support, mentoring, peer tutoring, comprehensive multimedia training and career exploration services to middle and high school students who have low academic performance, school behavioral intervention plans, possess poor social skills, lack specific athletic skills and/or have ADD/ADHD.
