Description
A Different Side of the Game, Inc. is a Grassroots agency offering Case Management and Referral Services to high-risk youth in New York City. We create an Individualized Goal Plan for each child during the Intake Process. We assess the children for Immeninent danger. We then develop long and short term goals. We use these goals to establish Milestones for Success. We have established a network of youth agencies that cover a wide topic of services including: Counseling, Academic Guidance, Mentoring, Career Planning, Internships, Job Placement & Resume Preparation, Legal Advice,etc.
